Nishant "Nick" Dayal, P.E.
Managing Partner
Nick has diverse experience on PS&E and CEI projects with geotechnical engineering, pavement design, and materials testing requirements in infrastructure, water, aviation, and transportation industries while consulting for public, semi-public, and private agencies. Nick’s experience has primarily been obtained in the United States where he has supervised and performed project management, construction inspections, testing, geotechnical explorations, instrumentation, engineering analyses, and reporting for a multitude of major projects in multiple states and geologies. He has been an spirited proponent of reliability and performance-based methods in geotechnical engineering as demonstrated by multiple presentations in major state & national events since 2011.
Nick has also been a part of top software firms in different roles, most notably Capgemini. He is a self-learned AI enthusiast in the domain of civil engineering.
He has a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from National Institute of Technology, India, a master's degree in Civil Engineering from University of Cincinnati, OH, and a master's degree in Business Administration from University of Texas at Austin.
